Playing Dark Souls

How on earth did I manage to pick up a game thats almost 8 years old?

Well, first of all, Dark Souls Remastered finally got available for Switch last autumn and even if I'm a proud owner of the original it still made it possible for an entirely new group of gamers to enjoy this amazing game.

Dark Souls, and Dark Souls Remastered, are just about the same game. There's a bit better graphic in Remastered and on consoles they fixed the drops in framerate in Blighttown (not that it made the area better in any way…) but that's about it. So if you already own Dark Souls Prepare to die edition there is really no Point in buying the Remastered unless you want to Switch between consoles (pun intended).

I started my playthrough of Dark Souls about one week ago and are recording my gaming for Youtube. You can follow my adventures here.

The lore of this game is incredibly deep and there are several different ideas and theories about what's actually going on. You can find several different theories and explanations both in game and on Youtube. I would recommend Vatividya or The Ashen hollow on Youtube if you want to learn more about the lore of Dark Souls and Bloodborne.

Lorethrough of Homesick

Ever played Homesick? Did you have the patiens to translate all the notes, books and newspapers? If not, then you have your chanse now. I am doing a lorethrough of Homesick, talking about how we might be playing as, as well as reading all the notes and other stuff scattered around the apartment complex.

I will also give  a full playthrough in case anyone got stuck somewhere, not knowing what to do.
Homesick is a quite easy game with pussles that are not to hard, but there are some places where it's not selfexplanatory and where some people might get stuck.

Ever played Homesick?

If you havn't then you've missed out. This is one of the most beautiful and haunting games out there. Created by the small indie-studio Lucky Pause in Santa Monica, CA and with it's release in may 2015, it's just an incredible experience covered in secrets.
(And NO I won't watch any lets plays before I've finished this game myself.)

There are no explanations, no backstory, no nothing. All you know at the beginning is that you've been in that place forever and that the sun is so bright it burns you Eyes. And that's it! The rest is up to you.

I'll be playing Homesick as a part of my Oktober specials, so just keep you eye out for more videos of this amazing game...Or just...you know...Buy it and play it yourself.
